The Australian Vision Research Advisory Committee will be meeting on Friday September 9 to review this years’ grant applications; a compilation of 28 high caliber proposals from a broad variety of disciplines including research that could transform treatments for corneal disease, glaucoma, retinal diseases along with genetic therapies and models of care.
We are grateful to our external reviewers for their time and expertise in providing independent assessments of the proposals. The work of the reviewers highlights the passion and time invested by people who support ophthalmic research. We look forward to hearing the outcomes of the meeting in a few weeks’ time.
